August Fest 2017 on Friday, August 11th – Our church will be hosting a booth at this event. The goal is to provide free water bottles (Matthew 25:37-40), books and literature to those that attend the event. Also, we’d like to have an area for kids to be able to get their faces painted, use stick on tattoos and fill-in coloring pages. We will need volunteers to help operate the booth and to work with the kids. We will also need water bottle donations by July 15th and coolers to borrow by the time of the event. Sign-up sheets will be available at the information booth, if you are willing to please help out. If you have questions you, can contact Brett Lilyquist or Vicki Swart. Thank you for your help!

Mission of the Month: The offerings received in June are going to Michelle (Roethel) Gross for her new role as Campus Minister with His House Christian Fellowship at UW-Oshkosh. Michelle will reach out to international students with the love and hope of Christ, disciple female students, and help lead weekly campus worship, statewide retreats, and mission trips. Michelle's role will be completely financially supported by individuals and churches and she needs to reach 100% of her fundraising goal before starting on campus in the fall. Please encourage and pray for Michelle and her husband, Josh, as they transition to life and ministry in Oshkosh. The amount received to date is $1,085.00.
Worship Team Update: The Worship Team is launching a search for a Worship Arts Coordinator, a budgeted position in FRC’s financial plan. To summarize, this position will lead elements of worship, and provide coordination to a volunteer network within the growing and evolving worship arts ministries at FRC. Depending on experience, this individual may lead, as well as coordinate experienced volunteers in areas such as creative service planning, music, drama, technology & other visual arts. Consideration will be given for either a full or part–time opportunity. Interested candidates may pick up a position description from the Information Booth. Resumes may be submitted in a sealed envelope to Worship Coordinator Search Team and placed in the Worship or Pastor Bob’s mailbox.
Transfer of Membership: Grant Roethel transferred his membership to Southside Alliance Church in Sheboygan. We pray God will bless him in his new church home.
Food Vault Needs: Canned Fruit, Rice, Spaghetti Sauce, Bottled Juice, and Laundry Detergent.
