At our last YOUNG AT HEART meeting many of you expressed an interest in Tai Chi, a slow moving exercise to improve balance. The Consistory has approved this to happen in our church. Mary Kemph, of the Aging and Disability Resource Center will lead the exercises 2 days a week, one hour each, for a period of 3 months. We need someone, or it can be several people, to co-ordinate this along with Mary as to time, date, etc. Call Gloria, 564-3063, if interested and for more information. Thank you.
FYI: Want to know more about First Reformed Church and the Reformed Church in America? For those who are visiting, attending regularly but not members, new members, or just curious; there will be an informational group that will meet to discuss these things. If you are interested please contact Pastor Bob, Pastor Brian, or the church office and let us know.
